MedForward offers a guarantee for all of our services of 99.9% uptime. If MedForward fails to maintain this level of service, you may contact MedForward and request a refund of 5% of your monthly fee for the month of the outage. In the case of more significant downtime or a series of outages during a single month, a greater refund will be issued based upon the length of the outage(s). These refunds do not apply to service interruptions caused by (1) periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs that MedForward may undertake, (2) causes beyond the control of MedForward or that are not reasonably foreseeable by MedForward, or (3) outages related to the reliability of certain programming environments.
