Our Story
MedForward was founded in 2007 with a simple observation: healthcare practices were drowning in paper. Patient intake forms were being printed, handed out on clipboards, filled in by hand, and then manually entered into systems — a process that wasted time, introduced errors, and created compliance risks.
We built a platform to fix that. Not a generic form tool repurposed for healthcare, but a purpose-built system designed from the ground up for medical, dental, and mental health practices. Every feature — from HIPAA-compliant hosting to PDF-mapped outputs — was created because a real practice needed it.
